They had every thing we expected pool, spa, clean rooms and good breakfast. All the staff were very helpful and very nice. The gift shop was the best priced items for souvenirs. This is a must go to place, very close to every thing.

"Suites Are Excellent, Lobby is a Mess"

I was very apprehensive about staying here after reading other reviews, but went with it as I was traveling with 6 people and needed a room that was big enough for all of us, and it was located close to a freeway so I could travel to Disneyland easily. Maybe I was lucky and got one of the good rooms, but I thought this place was excellent. I got a two bed, one couch/pull out with two bathrooms (it was the "Shakespeare Suite"...I found the naming of the suites to be a very fun and charming touch). It had plenty of towels, the beds were reasonably comfortable and it had all of the amenities I would expect and then some (fridge, microwave, blow dryer, iron). I found the bathrooms to be pretty on par with what you expect with a hotel in this price range. I found no weird stains or overly dirty spots anywhere. I just didn't see what the other reviews were complaining about to be quite frank, and the rest of my group agreed. We felt perfectly safe and comfortable here the entire stay. They also have a lot of parking and spots that actually fit a car. Plus, they let us park two cars without charging extra (something that many hotels in the area are not so forgiving about). My only complaint is that during my check in (around 6-7 PM), they were doing some sort of construction in the lobby that was VERY loud and literally hurt my ears. The whole room was tore up. I think they still do continental breakfast in the morning, but I didn't bother going in because I didn't want to deal with the sound and mess.

"Don't Stay Here!"

We stayed here for 3 nights over New Years 2019. Arrived at about 12/12:30 AM after a long drive. Were told by the woman at the desk that they didn't have a reservation for us despite having booked 2 weeks prior. We even showed her our confirmation # but still no room. Wouldn't even let us in to use restroom. Eventually drove down the street to the IHOP to use the bathroom. Had to stay outside and contact our booking agency (that was another time consuming lesson in frustration) who called the hotel but she still said she had no reservation for us. She offered us a different room than we booked for about twice as much. Tried another hotel down the road but they were booked up. Went back to the hotel and somehow she discovered our reservation on the desk which had been printed out. But still didn't get the room we originally booked. She gave us a lesser room. She couldn't find us in their computer but just NOW found the printed confirmation. She spent some time blaming somebody else for their mistake. Now, she decided to let us in the lobby. By now it's well after 2:30 AM and we're wiped out. "We'll take it, just give us the key." Finally, after 3:00 AM we're in a dirty, shabby, outdated room with a bathroom door that doesn't close all the way, no fridge or microwave (we brought our own food expecting to get what we booked) at the very back of the complex. We went to the front desk in the morning to speak with them about what happened and they that they heard about it and were surprised because our reservation was sitting right there on the counter. They didn't understand why the woman there at night didn't get us in until 3 AM. "For our trouble", they offered us a suite at the same price and would give us the first night free. They said to come to the desk when we got back that night and it would be all ready for us. Get back to the hotel after all day at Disney to find the same woman at the desk as the previous night and AGAIN, she has no information about the upgraded room we were supposed to be receiving. Back to the same room that we didn't book for yet another night. Next morning, same response from the front desk staff. This time they gave us a key and we went and switched right then to a bigger (but not much better) room. Manager Richard said he would comp us the first night. When we checked out the next morning we went back to the desk to speak again to them. We wanted at least the first two nights free, but really the whole thing. Richard said only one night, after much back and forth. We said no, that's not good enough. He then ripped up the reservation papers and through them away in front of us. We did get a copy of the receipt but they blacked out the price because they said it was "confidential". Breakfast was sub-par and the area was messy. The ice machine near our room didn't work, (no fridge, we needed ice). Horrible customer service here and not a clean hotel. Find someplace else. One star rating is one too many.

My family, along with many other families recently took a Disneyland bus tour and the Tour company booked us to stay here. We had a Family suite in the back of the property that is not convienient to any of the amenities. The pool heater is broken and has been for the last number of years and the hotel keeps telling the tour company that brings no less than 90 people to them every few months, that they have made improvements, later to find out that they haven’t. The hot tub was out of order for a portion of our stay, and when it was working the chlorine was so strong it burnt the eyes, nostrils and skin. 2 minutes was too long to be in it. My son picked 3 large chlorine pucks out of it in the minute he was in it one of the times. No towels by the pool. Not all of the outlets work in the rooms. When trying to capture family memories, it’s important to be able to charge devices. Housekeeping was minimal for our stay and they would come between 5 and 7 pm. The breakfast was minimal. 2 kinds of cereal, 2 waffle irons that were so busy, mini muffins or bread to be toasted. A jar of peanut butter for everyone to dip into instead of individual packages. They would put an out of order sign on the coffe once the first batch was gone.Public Garbages were always overflowing. Had to ask for toilet paper, towels and a blanket for the pull out couch. Speaking of the pull out couch. Barf. We were afraid to ask for a different room with a cleaner mattress for fear we would end up with something far worse. Upon folding out the couch we discovered the grossest stained mattress. I will add a picture of the mattress. Some of the staff was friendly and some was far from it.
