"A Must do!"
July 2018
It has 2 tracks for 1 price! You can go as fast or slow as you want, and it'sreally smooth, no neck jerking or spine jarring ride! 1 or 2 riders. Will definitely do again on next visit.

"Short but fun."
May 2018
Everyone in our family, including kids aged 6-14, had a great time on the coaster. Even those of us that are not fond of coasters enjoyed this since we could control the speed. I wish the pictures taken during the ride weren't so pricey ($10 each adds up for a big family), but people can take their own pictures when you are leaving the beginning of the ride. The person selling tickets wasn't sure how to use our Reserve Branson voucher, but he figured it out after consulting with others. My only real complaint is that the ride is short, maybe a few minutes. The ride should be longer or the price should be more affordable, in my opinion. Rerides are cheaper, about $8 per person, and can be purchased the entire day after the initial ride.

The weather was quite chilly the day we arrived to ride the Coaster. However, after you board the Coaster car and your adrenaline starts pumping, the weather is the last thing on your mind. It is a GREAT ride with a lot of turns. Since you control the brakes, you can go as fast or as slow as you want. But don't go slow - brakes are for wimps! :) The only negative (but worth it), is due to the speed and quick direction changes, your shoulder blades may not like you the next day. Both my mother and I were very sore, but again worth every minute of it.

"Very smooth!"
March 2018
The Branson Coaster is incredibly smooth and suitable for children and persons who may not care much for typical roller coasters as you are in control of when you stop and go. The "sleds" are comfortable and safe without any jarring or shaking. I just wish the basic ticket price allowed you to go twice because it's a ride I would want to do again and again.

I had sooo much fun on this ride with my granddaughter. So much fun that I lost my wallet. The staff was excellent. I want to thank the Managers there and Mysha on their efforts in retrieving my wallet. I was able to pick it up the next day when the ride opened up.

"Outstanding customer service!! "

We went here on July 16th and they had a special, pay $30 wristband and ride unlimited. We bought 7 wristbands for over $200. The mountain coaster was awesome and we all loved it, ages 9-40. Now, the reason for 4 stars is the lady running the gift shop could not have been less friendly. I noticed a sign in the ticket window that said you get a free photo with the purchase of a wristband. When I got off the ride, my husband and son were waiting for me in the gift shop. My husband said he needed the car keys to get his wallet because he really wanted to buy the photo of him and my son. I mentioned the sign and asked the lady and she responded “One picture” so we asked for it. She did not want to give it to us. Then I asked her if each wristband got a free photo to which she responded”one picture” so I told each person in my group to be sure and ask for their photo and she told them she will not go backwards and look at the pics but they can ride again and get their “one picture”. I thought it was crazy we spent $200 here and she desperately did not want to give us our “one picture”. However, the reason I said the customer service is outstanding is bc I unfortunately lost my cell phone on the ride. At the end of the ride I told the gentleman and he told me that they would look for it after closing that night and to talk to the lady in the gift shop. I went to the gift shop and she told me they would not look for it until in the morning. I told her it’s supposed to rain tonight I knew exactly where it was and she told me they would call me in the morning if they found it. After we left, I started worrying myself sick over it so I called back and spoke with the manager, I asked if I could come back after closing and help locate it and he told me that based on my description he had a good idea where it was and he has a mechanic at the bottom of the mountain and he would have him look for it and the manager himself would get on the golf cart and go look if they could get a slow minute. Within the hour, I received a call from the manager saying they had found it but it was very damaged. I was so appreciative of them taking time to do this for me. I went and picked it up in the gift shop and this time the lady was very weird with me, she handed me the cell phone without a word, and I was gushing my appreciation and thanks to her, and she refused to speak, not even one word!! It caught me by surprise and I think I probably looked at her really funny, but she continued to not say a word to me so I awkwardly mumbled a final thank you and left. So with the exception of the lady in the gift shop, everything else was awesome! The ride operators could not have been nicer, they were wiping down the carts after every use, and we all loved it so much we did it over and over and over.
