  • Children under 10 years of age are not permitted in the Heart of the Missouri Tour. (Heart of the Missouri Tour is currently unavailable.)
  • Wheelchair accessibility is limited to the main deck and one level above. Wheelchairs cannot access the ship's interior.
  • Restrooms are located on the pier - just as you enter the gates and on the ship.
  • 2nd Deck and the Above Decks (Bridge) tour paths will be open.
  • Due to Hawaii state COVID-19 restrictions, the WWII Exhibit, Crew's Room Exhibit and CEC will be closed until further notice due to limited spacing.
  • Passport to Pearl Harbor admission includes all 3 Pearl Harbor historic sites. Allow up to 5 hours for the complete Pearl Harbor experience.
  • Visitors are not permitted to bring bags of any size. You can store your bags at a nearby, secure storage facility for a fee.

The Battleship Missouri Memorial is an American icon that stands in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The Battleship welcomes visitors from around the world and is conveniently located less than three miles from the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport and just eleven miles from Waikiki, the USS Missouri makes for a great day trip.

The Battleship Missouri Memorial offers tours daily, and is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

The main tour is included in your general admission ticket and takes you to the exact spot where WWII ended, and is fully ADA accessible.

You may also select a more in-depth tour called "The Heart of the Missouri". This tour takes you deep inside the inner workings of the ship including the engine rooms and gun turrets. This tour is not ADA accessible and is not open to children under 10.

For all our guests we recommend that you purchase bottled beverages to keep you hydrated during your visit. In addition, we suggest wearing closed-toed shoes and taking caution when moving through doorways and passageways with low ceilings. Safety briefings will be part of every visitor's experience, thank you for your participation.

Security measures are still in place at all Pearl Harbor attractions. Please do not bring bags of any size to the USS Missouri. Small cameras/camcorders, wallets, cell phones, water bottles, and medications are permissible.

What should I wear during the Heart of Missouri Tour?

Sandals are permissible (athletic shoes are recommended), but swimsuits are not permitted. Profane T-shirts or caps are discourged.

How many people are there in a Heart of Missouri Tour tour group?

The Heart of the Missouri Tour is limited to 10 people. Other guided tours may consist of up to 30 people. Please note: the Heart of Missouri Tour is not ADA accessible, and is not currently available due to limited spacing.

Is the memorial tour wheelchair accessible?

Yes, there is a wheelchair-accessible ramp on the aft entry Brow to provide access to the battleship. A tour guide or Battleship Missouri Memorial staff member will be more than happy to assist visitors with accessibility. Handicap restrooms are available at the aft Brow and on the pier where you entered the property.

Can I bring my camera?

How long is the tour?

Self-guided tours allow you to set your own pace and can take anywhere from 30 minutes to five hours. The Battleship Missouri Memorial is a really big ship! General admission also includes a free Mighty Mo Tour that takes about 35 minutes on the main deck.

Can I bring my own food/beverages?

No. However, food and drinks are available for purchase from Slider's Grill at the Battleship USS Missouri Memorial. Their gift shop "Battleshop" offers a selection of snacks and cold drinks. Though eating onboard the ship is not allowed, you are encouraged to take a closable beverage to help you hydrate while on your tour. Bottled water, juices, and Coca Cola products are available for purchase in the store. They also feature a variety of locally made gourmet ice creams and sorbet.

What can I bring into the Battleship Missouri Memorial?

Wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, canes, umbrellas, jackets, sweaters, small wallets, medication, small cameras and camcorders, cell phones, and small sealable beverage containers are permitted; subject to inspection.

What am I not allowed to bring?

For security reasons, bags of any size are not permitted inside the Battleship Missouri Memorial. Visitors may store backpacks, purses, luggage, and shopping bags at the baggage storage area, located to the right as you enter the WWII Valor in the Pacific National Monument. Fees apply. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
